Meet Our Founder

Tejas Kadia, owner RPMG HOA ManagementTejas Kadia is a recognized association management specialist (AMS), and a certified manager of community associations (CMCA). He holds an active real estate salesperson license in the state of New Jersey, and was chosen to serve on CAI-NJ’s Property Managers committee. He is also a proud alumni of Rutgers University, where he earned a B.A. in Urban Studies and a Masters in Public Policy (MPP).

Tejas founded Reliance Property Management Group in 2004, after seeing that neighborhood associations were struggling to find truly trustworthy management partners. The bar needed raising, and Tejas set about building a team that would do just that.
